What is included in a plan set?

Every set includes dimensioned floor plans, exterior elevations, building sections, and compliance notes. Structural engineering is included with 1-bedroom plans and up, and the 2-bedroom set adds full MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) design.

Can the plans be adjusted to fit my lot?

Yes. Site-specific adjustments are part of every engagement and are handled by our principal engineer. Larger custom modifications are available by inquiry.

How fast can I get started?

Because our plans are pre-designed, there is no blank-page design phase. Most clients are moving toward permitting within days of selecting a plan.
